To whom it may concern:
I wanted to "THANK" Edward's Transmissions for making a bad situation good. I had purchased a new 2008 F250FX truck from a local Ford Dealership for my business. After driving the truck tor a few months, I noticed a noise and I couldn't determine what was causing it. I took the truck in numerous times to the dealership for evaluation of what the noise was. They never could figure it out. With no success, I was becoming very frustrated.
I had heard good things about Edward's, so I thought why not?
I took my truck into a local Edward's shop, and with no waiting, they test drove my truck and knew right away what the problem was. It was a problem with the four wheel drive. Within a few days, the part was ordered, replaced and I was back driving my truck. It has since had no futher problems.
Just shows you what kind of service and employees you have. Ones that are knowledgeable about their trade.

I am writing this in regards to the Edwards Transmissions store in Castleton. I had my car repaired there and the service was excellent. I was worried because I had no other transportation but Pat & Jay were awesome in making sure I had a ride back home - they even picked me up when the car was ready!!! When I got my car back, it ran better than ever! I am so ecstatic that I will recommend this store to everyone I know. I even commented the event on my Facebook page so all my friends could see. I have never had any kind of service like this. KUDOS to Edwards in making sure their clients are happy. I will be using Edwards Transmissions in the future!

Hi - I had some work done on my husband's car a while back and had absolutely wonderful service. Pat was excellent. He was even nice enough to take us home when we dropped the car off and pick us up when the car was ready! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I want to personally thank you for your excellent and humane staff. Not only did they restore my transmission, but they replaced a wheel bearing, installed a new rack and pinion, changed a tie rod, and repaired a worn ball joint. They made sure I had a ride to where ever I needed to go while they were working on my car. I was given great professionalism and comfort knowing the job would get done right. I have referred several of my friends and family to the Greenwood facility where I know they will be treated like family too. Thank you for making a stressful situation easier to handle.
